Live: "My President is Black" by Jay-Z (Live in D.C.)

In town for the Presidential Inauguration, Mr. Carter alongside Young Jeezy campaigned for the new President live from D.C.'s Love nightclub last night.

MY PRESIDENT IS BLACK

"My President is Black my Maybach too
And I'll be Goddamn if my diamonds ain't ain't blue
My money is dark green and my Porsche is light grey
And I'm headed for D.C. anybody feel me
My President is Black in fact he's half white
So even in a racist mind he's half right
Even in these racist times we alright
My President is Black but his house is all white
Rosa Parks sat so Martin Luther can walk
Martin Luther walked so Barack Obama can run
Barack Obama ran so all the children can fly
So I'm a spread my wings you can meet me in the sky
I already got my own clothes already got my own shoes
I was hot before Barack imagine what I'm gonna do
Hello Miss America, hey pretty lady
Red white & blue flag wave me for me baby
Never thought I'd say this shit, baby I'm good
You can keep your puss I don't want no more Bush
No more wars no more Iraq
No more white lies my President is Black." - Jay-Z

Lil Wayne & T.I. Top Billin' Mastertone Sales In '08

In the new computer age, the greatest vehicle for music consumption is done through ringtone sales. It has become a more accurate way of counting an artist or groups popularity status by downloaded ringtone units. Neilsen's RingScan (used for calculating ringtone sales) reports, Hip-hop is accountable for thirteen percent of the top 100 mastertones sold in 2008. The top three belong to hip-hop aswell.

Top honours go to Lil Wayne as the most purchased ringtone of '08. His "Lollipop" track was downloaded 2.36 million times, with a margin of one million plus over runner-up, T.I. whose "Whatever You Like" took 1.62 million purchased downloads.

Flo-Rida followed behind in third with "Low" which came a fraction under T.I. by .02 million units.

The 100 top mastertones of 2008 sold a collective 43.8 million copies, estimated at 26% of all ringtones sold that year.
